What to expect when you call us

  • You will speak with one of our friendly customer service representatives to schedule your plumbing repair
  • You will receive a text and email confirmation of the appointment
  • Prior to arrival the technician will text you “on the way”
  • Upon diagnosing your plumbing concerns, the technician will provide you with upfront pricing and some options for the repairs for you to choose from
  • Our technicians wear shoe covers and put down drop cloths to protect your home
  • Easy payment methods are accepted upon completion of the work and the receipt is emailed to you. Everything is digital at Oasis Plumbing, so we'll always have your record if you need it
  • We hope you don't mind, but we like to follow up and make certain your 100% happy, so we may call you after the work is completed and you've had a chance to test it out.
